Can I delete my eSIM from one phone and install it on another? No.

The Technical Reason: For security, an eSIM is "locked" to the specific hardware chip (EID) of the device it was first installed on. Once activated, it cannot be transferred, moved, or "re-downloaded" to a different smartphone.

If you are switching phones, you must purchase a new eSIM plan for the new device.
Warning: Do not delete the eSIM from your current phone thinking you can move it; you will simply lose the plan entirely.
