It is confusing when your phone shows "4G/5G" with full signal bars, but nothing loads. This usually means your connection to the cell tower is strong, but the actual data flow is blocked or congested.

The Reason: This can happen during a technical "handshake" error between the local carrier and our network, or if the specific cell tower is overcrowded (stadiums, concerts, or busy city squares).

The Fix: Turn Airplane Mode ON for 10 seconds and then OFF. If that doesn't work, go to your settings and manually switch to a different supported carrier to find a less crowded data "lane."
