Many users think the eSIM isn't working because they still see "T-Mobile," "Vodafone," or "Orange" at the top of their screen.

The Explanation: This is perfectly normal. If your home SIM is still active, its name will continue to appear. Modern phones can handle two networks at the same time.
The Fix: Swipe down your Control Center (iOS) or Notification Bar (Android) to see both carrier names. As long as your "Mobile Data" line is set to your Roafly eSIM, you are using our high-speed data and not your home carrier's roaming.
