I can't find my QR code or confirmation email

If you haven't received your confirmation email immediately after purchase, don't panic.

  • The Reason: It might be a slight delay in the email server or the email was filtered by your provider.

  • The Fix: First, check your Spam/Junk folder. If it’s not there, simply open the Roafly app and go to the 'My eSIMs' tab. You will find your QR code and Manual Installation details right there, ready to use.
