Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the digital nature of our products, Roafly follows a strict refund policy. An eSIM is a unique digital asset generated specifically for your device's hardware. Once the digital key is delivered or the installation process is initiated, the product is considered "consumed."

The Golden Rules for Refunds:

  • Before Installation: If you have purchased an eSIM but have not scanned the QR code or attempted a manual installation, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  • After Installation / Activation: Once the eSIM profile is downloaded to your device or the activation process has started, no refunds can be issued. This is because the unique digital signature associated with your eSIM cannot be "returned" or resold to another user.

  • Accidental Deletion: As stated in our Troubleshooting Guide, accidentally deleting an eSIM from your phone is a permanent action and is not eligible for a refund.

Why is this the case? Just like a scratched-off lottery ticket or a used software license key, an eSIM is a one-time-use digital product. We provide high-speed global connectivity through unique profiles, and once that profile is assigned to your phone, the service is officially active.
