⚠️ Before you begin: Ensure your device is network-unlocked, you have a stable Wi-Fi connection, and your VPN is turned off. Do not delete your eSIM once it's installed, as it cannot be recovered.
1. Direct Installation (Universal & Fastest) No matter what Android brand you use, this is the easiest way. No QR codes needed.

Open the Roafly App.

Go to My eSIMs and select your purchased plan.

Tap "Install eSIM" and follow the on-screen prompts. Your phone will handle the rest!
2. QR Code or Manual Installation (By Brand) If you need to scan a QR code from another screen or enter the details manually, the steps slightly differ depending on your phone brand:

For Samsung Galaxy Devices:

Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.

Tap Add eSIM.

Choose "Scan QR code from service provider" (or enter the SM-DP+ details manually).

For Google Pixel Devices:

Go to Settings > Network & internet.
-
Tap the + sign next to SIMs.
-
Tap "Download a SIM instead?" and scan your QR code.

For Other Androids (Xiaomi, Oppo, etc.): Generally, you can find this by going to Settings > Mobile Networks (or SIM Cards) > Add eSIM.
How to ACTIVATE your eSIM (When you arrive): Once you land, go back to your phone's SIM/Network settings. Make sure your Roafly eSIM is turned ON, select it as your primary Mobile Data connection, and ensure Data Roaming is enabled for the Roafly eSIM.
