⚠️ Before you begin: Ensure your device is network-unlocked, you have a stable Wi-Fi connection, and your VPN is turned off. Do not delete your eSIM once it's installed, as it cannot be recovered.
Roafly offers three ways to install your eSIM. We highly recommend the Direct Install method for the fastest experience.
1. Direct Installation (Recommended & Fastest) No need for a second screen or scanning codes.

Open the Roafly App.

Go to My eSIMs and select your purchased plan.

Tap "Install eSIM" and follow the on-screen prompts. Your phone will do the rest automatically.
2. QR Code Installation Best if you purchased on a computer or have another device to display the code.

Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Add eSIM.

Select "Use QR Code" and scan the code provided in your Roafly app or confirmation email.
3. Manual Installation If you cannot scan a QR code, you can type the details manually.

Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM > Use QR Code > Enter Details Manually.

Copy and paste the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code from your Roafly app.
How to ACTIVATE your eSIM (When you arrive): Once you land at your destination, go to Settings > Cellular. Select your Roafly eSIM, turn on "Turn On This Line", and make sure "Data Roaming" is enabled for the Roafly eSIM.
